What is the PHCC San Diego?
With a mission to support and promote the businesses of our members in service, repair, and new construction, this organization is made up of plumbing and HVACR contractors, technicians, manufacturers, and suppliers in San Diego County. Nationwide, the PHCC has a dedication to not only the health, safety, and comfort of society but also to the protection of the environment by focusing on the advancement and education of the plumbing, heating, and cooling industries.
How does Steele Plumbing’s membership in the PHCC San Diego benefit me as a homeowner?
To become members of this organization, we had to sign the PHCC Code of Ethics, which includes the highest standards for professionals in our field. Many of these standards protect you as a consumer, including a pledge to be guided by the principles of honesty and integrity whenever we conduct any type of business, including advertising, pricing, selling, and providing maintenance, repair, and installation services. How big of a role does Steele Plumbing play in PHCC San Diego?
Earlier, we mentioned participating in educational and apprenticeship programs. We are proud sponsors of plumbing students by providing them with on-the-job training opportunities with our company. Recently, our very own Scott DeMars joined the faculty of the PHCC San Diego plumbing apprenticeship program and will begin teaching classes later this month!
